Product structure characteristic :
The ball valve opens and close one with the spheroid with round open hole, the spheroid revolves round body centre line of the valve with the valve stem in order to realize the valve is opened and closed .
The ball series of our factory are Q41 type, and the two scenes of types which run from opposite directions structure pattern.
1, adopt special mould pressing craft, is it seal pre-pressing and good , in addition packing , PTFE of Model V , is it make valve up to zero leak to make up to make.
2, spheroid and valve stem cast for an organic whole, stop because pressure change cause valve stem is it is it press possibility of one to bear to go out, security in basic assurance is used.
3, adopt the all plastic linings craft , able to bear the corroding strongly of medium. |
